Will there be an incidental hold for the room?

Yes, there is a $100 incidental hold, per night, upon check-in at Hotel Zeppelin.

Is there a guest amenities fee?

Yes, Hotel Zeppelin has a mandatory guest amenities fee of $35 per night (plus tax) per room.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Valet parking is available at Hotel Zeppelin 24/7 ($65 per night plus tax, oversized vehicles are $75 per night plus tax). Days, hours, and pricing are subject to change.

Is there an age minimum for check-in?

No, there is no minimum age to check in to Hotel Zeppelin. However, if a guest is not 18 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.

What type of workout facility is available at the property?

A modern, state-of-the-art wellness studio is available at Hotel Zeppelin.

Is early-check in or late check-out possible?

Contact us to request early check-in or late check-out. We always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests; however, these will be honored on an availability basis for an additional charge. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 12:00 pm.

Is there a concierge? What specific services are provided by the concierge?

Hotel Zeppelin’s concierge service is available at our front desk. Our team is well-versed in recommendations regarding local dining, attractions, and special events.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Hotel Zeppelin is located near San Francisco International Airport (SFO), just 14.1 miles away and approximately 25 minutes by car or taxi, or 45 minutes by BART. Hotel Zeppelin San Francisco is also located near the Metropolitan Oakland International Airport (OAK), which is just 20 miles away, a 30-minute drive by car or taxi or 28 minutes by BART.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation without penalty until 3:00 pm local hotel time, two days before arrival (48 hours). Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.

Do you offer discounted room blocks for groups?

Hotel Zeppelin caters to group events, small to large. Please contact us at [email protected] to learn more about room block availability.

Can Hotel Zeppelin cater my event?

Hotel Zeppelin offers full-service catering for your meeting or special event.

Is Hotel Zeppelin pet-friendly?

Pets are welcome – subject to a one-time $75 deep cleaning fee per reservation. There is no weight limit. Please advise the hotel that you are bringing a pet before arrival. When the pet is a service animal, please notify us when making a reservation, and the fee will be waived, and proof of documentation is not required.

Can I tour Hotel Zeppelin's event spaces in person?
